5A molecular sieve can adsorb any molecule smaller than the pore size, generally known as calcium molecular sieve. In addition to the effects of 3A and 4A molecular sieves, it can also adsorb C3-C4 n-alkanes, ethyl chloride, ethyl bromide, butanol, etc. It can be applied to the separation of n-isomer hydrocarbons, variable pressure adsorption separation and the co-adsorption of water and carbon dioxide. Regeneration: 1, remove water: depending on the pressure, temperature and water content of regenerated gas. In general, 200~350℃ dry gas at 0.3~0.5kg/cm2
pressure, through the molecular sieve bed for 3 to 4 hours, so that the outlet temperature to 110 ~ 180 ℃, cooling.
2、Desorption of organic matter: replace organic matter with water vapour, then remove water.
Storage: room temperature, relative humidity not more than 90%; should not be directly exposed to air; avoid water, acid, alkali.
Packing: in cardboard drums or cartons. Specific according to customer requirements.
Note: Avoid direct exposure of molecular sieve to air.
