13X-APG molecular sieve
Chemical formula: Na2O-AL2O3-(2.8±0.2)Sio2-(6-7)H2O
Silicon to aluminium ratio: SiO2/Al2O3≈2.6-3.0
Effective pore size: about 10A
13X-APG type molecular sieve is mainly composed of silica-aluminate, forming 10A aperture that is X-shaped crystal structure of sodium X-type molecular sieve, fully equipped with the adsorption of the critical diameter of less than 10A sieve molecules. It is the best desiccant for gas, chemical and air separation industries. All the technical indexes which can be adsorbed on 3A, 4A, 5A type molecular sieve, 13X type can be adsorbed.
Main Uses.
Drying and purification of industrial gases, also can be used as a carrier.
Purification of raw gas for air separation plant (remove H2O and CO2 at the same time).
Drying and desulphurisation of liquid hydrocarbons and natural petroleum gases (removal of hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans).

Regeneration:
1, remove water: depending on the pressure, temperature and water content of regenerated gas. In general, 200 ~ 350 ℃ dry gas at 0.3 ~ 0.5kg/cm2 pressure, through the molecular sieve bed for 3 ~ 4 hours, so that the outlet temperature to 110 ~ 180 ℃, cooling.
2、Desorption of organic matter: replace organic matter with water vapour, then remove water.
Storage: room temperature, relative humidity not more than 90%; should not be directly exposed to air; avoid water, acid, alkali.
Packing: in barrels. Specific according to customer requirements.
Note: Avoid direct exposure of molecular sieve to air.
